DBS Policy

At MVA Tutors we have always insisted tutors hold current, enhanced DBS checks.

Safeguarding of children continues to be our foremost priority, and we are committed to continuing to demonstrate that we operate at the forefront of good practice.

If applying to work with MVA Tutors, you must be able to show the original Enhanced DBS Certificate, dated no less than 3 years. Or be on the update service. If you are on the update service we still require a copy of your Enhanced DBS check for our records.

Enhanced DBS - How To Apply

If you have a current DBS, you can sign up to the annual DBS update service here. This will ensure your current DBS is never older than 12 months old. It costs £13.
